The Ronnybrook Story We have been caring for and milking our herd of Holsteins in the Hudson Valley for over 75 years. We are a 3rd generation farm and cows are our passion. All of our Holsteins are born and bred at Ronnybrook and are allowed to self-feed on our pastures. When the cold weather arrives, our cows are kept warm and comfortable in a stall barn, each with their own thick mattress. We have never used artificial hormones - and never will. Our Creamline® milk is non-homogenized so the cream rises to the top. We believe non-homogenized milk is healthier and tastes better.
